SailTrak Race Control

Instructions on how to use the tablet and Race Control app are available in printed form with the tablet. Online versions are available in the Google Drive app ‘Documentation’ folder on the tablet and via the links below:

There is a Training event that can be selected to practice on. Until you are comfortable with Race Control I recommend using it as a secondary timer. Note that if an actual event file, e.g. Mad March or Spring Sunday, is selected and the app is run through to the point where the lead boat completes the course, the results will be published into the associated sailwave file. Once results are published they can be edited on the Race Office pc.

If anyone would like training on Race Control, let me know. There is also a Race Control Evaluation Android app available on Google Play Store which you can use to practise using the app. It uses test sailwave files.
