Hollowell Sailing Club

Hollowell Sailing Club is located near Guilsborough village west of Northampton. The Club caters for sailors of all abilities, and we are particularly proud of our junior membership and youth squad. We are a fully authorised RYA Training Centre and in 2012 we were awarded ‘RYA Club of the Year’.

We welcome new members, both those wishing to learn for the first time or more experienced sailors keen to join in our racing programme.  We pride ourselves on the friendly atmosphere of our club, do come down and visit us.

We run a fleet league system  for racing. Please do contact the Fleet Captains if you have a query at all about boats and would like to take up racing.

A popular single handed boat. Many sailors enjoy the technical challenge of the Solo dinghy.

Includes the Laser 2000, RS400, RS200, RS Feva, Laser Vago, Laser Bahia

More traditional boats here and includes  Wayfarer, Mirror, GP14, Merlin Rocket, 505, 420,  and Enterprise.

An interesting mix of dinghies Phantom, Blaze, Supernova, RS Vareo, Splash, RS 300, Comet, Dart 15/Sprint15.

Not as popular as it once was but we still actively encourage this class and have a great hire resource.

Popular and keenly boat raced as used by our Youth Squad. We have a good fleet of boats available for hire.
